Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Underwear, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive items (unless faulty).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
